At Dry Knox, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible across India.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we start processing it within 24–48 working hours.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually:

Metro / Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 working days
Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 working days
Remote Locations: 7–10 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other unavoidable delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place the order.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, prepaid orders, or special offers.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected orders and locations.

Dry Knox reserves the right to cancel COD orders if the location is not serviceable or if order verification is not completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can use the tracking link to check the latest status of your shipment.

Wrong Address or Phone Number

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing the order.

If the address or phone number is wrong, delivery may fail. Dry Knox will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

Delayed Delivery

Sometimes delivery may take longer due to courier delays, high order volume, bad weather, strikes, festivals, or other reasons beyond our control.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help you with the latest update.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process the request, you must share:

Your order ID
Clear photos of the product
A proper unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened

Without an unboxing video, return or replacement approval may not be possible.
